El Pueblo Takes First Step to Rehabilitate Pico-Garnier Block
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – With her camera in hand, 54-year-old Lucy Bolindo stepped back to take picture of the 1869 Pico House, the first three-story hotel in Los Angeles. She then walked up to a window for a closer look and cupped her hands over her eyes so she could see inside the widows.
